General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all service bookings made on the website www.lashup.ch or directly at the clinic.

Services Offered

Lash Up offers beauty and aesthetic services: lash lifts, brow lamination, lash extensions, facial treatments, etc.

Prices

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes. Lash Up reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Bookings

Bookings are made online through our system or directly at the clinic. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

Payment

Payment is made on-site after the service or online according to the available options.

Cancellation and Delays

• All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

Liability

Lash Up cannot be held liable in the event of an allergic reaction or incompatibility not disclosed by the client.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva (Switzerland).
