Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking:

• Bookings can be made online or by phone.
• A confirmation will be sent to you by email and SMS.

Cancellation:

• Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance or any unjustified no-show will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

Delay:

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
• Please inform us as soon as possible.
