Henna Brows
Henna Brows is an innovative and natural treatment that reshapes, defines, and tints the eyebrows while giving them a structured and harmonious look. This technique uses a plant-based henna dye, gentle on the skin, that stains both the brow hairs and the skin underneath for a fuller and more defined appearance.
Unlike traditional tinting, henna also colors the skin for 1 to 2 weeks (depending on skin type) and the hairs for up to 6 weeks. It helps fill in sparse areas, unify the shape, and enhance symmetry—without daily makeup or invasive procedures.
The treatment includes shaping and grooming of the brows, followed by the application of henna in a shade best suited to your skin tone and style. It is suitable for sensitive skin and contains no ammonia or peroxide.

Brow Henna is long lasting brow dye that remains on the skin underneath the brows for up to 2 weeks and stays on the hair for 4-6 weeks. Brow Henna is a solution for clients wanting their brows to remain darker than their natural brow hair colour for the same amount of time that their shaping lasts.
It is also a great solution for clients wanting to achieve a more filled-in look without having to use makeup or a brow pencil. Brow Henna also effectively covers grey brow hairs and comes in a variety of different shades.
Brow Tint uses a similar dye that Hair Stylists use. The tint is mixed with a low percentage of hydrogen peroxide (3%) and then applied to the brows for 1-5 minutes and lasts on the hair for 2-4 weeks.
Brow Henna is a specially formulated Henna mixture made specifically for eyebrows. The powder is mixed with a specially formulated mineral solution and then applied to the brows for 10-20 minutes. Brow Henna lasts on the brow hair for 4-6 weeks, and on the skin underneath the brow hair for up to 2-weeks.
If you have very light eyebrows, or do not normally wear a lot of brow makeup, we recommend starting with brow tinting. If you are used to a more filled-in and defined brow, are looking for a longer lasting solution, have stubborn grey brow hairs, or are looking to camouflage gaps or sparse brow hair, we recommend booking a Brow Henna service.
If you have been sensitive in the past to other tints it is likely that that you may be sensitive to brow henna as well. Please inform your tech of any sensitivities so that a patch test can be performed.
Even if the patch test is successful, we cannot guarantee you will not have a reaction.
Brow Henna can be applied to anyone but will fade faster on those with oily skin. The length of time the tint stays on the skin is also dependent on your daily skin care routine.
There is no discomfort at all associated with the procedure.
Brow Henna takes approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
- Do not rub the area treated
- Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours
- Do not apply brow make-up for at least 24 hours after your treatment
- Avoid sunbathing for 24 hours, as this can cause the tint to fade
- Avoid swimming/saunas for at least 24 hours after your treatment
- Avoid perfumed products for at least 24 hours after your treatment
- Please note that oil based make up remover can cause the tint to fade quicker
- Exposure to the sun/UV lights for long periods can cause the tint to fade quicker
A patch test is done before your first Brow Henna appointment. You will come in at least 24 hours before your first appointment have a small amount of product applied to your skin. (Please note this will leave a little stain on the skin for a couple days).
(A patch test does not guarantee an allergic reaction will not occur in future appointments)
Yes as long as your microblading is fully healed.
We recommend any time after 5 weeks have past. This ensures your brows do not become to dark over time.
- Your patch test shows soreness, redness, raised bumps on your skin
- You have any sign of infection, eczema, cuts or scabbing in the eyebrow area.
- You have had an allergic reaction to any form of henna in the past.
Cleanse the eyebrow area and avoid applying creams or oils before your appointment.
Avoid water, sweating, and makeup on the brows for 24-48 hours post-application.
It’s best to avoid makeup on the brows for the first 24 hours after the application.
